Rental Criteria

AZ Home for Us is pleased to offer excellent homes for excellent  renters.  We offer personalized service, sparkling clean homes, speedy maintenance, and online rent payment to make renting pleasant and painless.

Minimum Tenant Qualifications
Minimum Income is 3 x rent
At least one valid SSN
Either two income earners or one with long term solid, verifiable employment
No previous evictions or landlord judgments
Ability to deposit rent directly, either via ACH or credit card

Owner Requirements
Security Deposit is required
All adults must sign the lease, and all occupants must be listed on the lease
$40/adult application fee
Employer and Landlord References will be checked
Full criminal and background check will be performed

Occupancy Restrictions

We follow Hud guidelines.  Where a property only has one bath or small bedrooms, occupancy may be limited due to systems capacity.

Pets on approval - dangerous dogs like Akita, Chow,American Staffordshire Terrier, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, Wolf Hybrids,Presa Canarios or a mix of any dog listed above only considered with proof of tenant liability insurance
